Hours:

Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday central standard time. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

Placing Orders:

You may order any of our products at (651) 466 0212 during our business hours. Your orders may also be faxed at (651) 466 0213 24hrs a day. MOST orders will be processed and shipped within 24hrs (this is dealing with in stock items only). All orders are shipped via UPS.

Payments:

All orders are shipped certified check, money order, or prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept personal checks unless pre-approved. A 20% restocking fee and shipping will be charged to your account if you refuse or don't accept a shipment ordered. The next order you place will have the amount added from the previous order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please verify prices when you order.

Backordered Items:

All backordered items will be shipped unless there are specific instructions from the customer.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on all parts and shipping for Minnesota residents only.

Dealers:

Only REGISTERED dealers with approved applications on file at the time of the order, will receive dealer pricing. To become an established dealer, please call (651) 466 0212. We will at our discretion, accept or decline dealer applications and distribute dealer prices accordingly. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Dealers who order stock pre-season, will be guaranteed parts and will not have to deal with seasonal unavailability.

Warranty:

Straightline Performance warranties each article manufactured by it, to be free from defect in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it was intended. Straightline Performance will not be held liable for any personal injury or property incurred as a result of the use of any of the products purchased nor the parts these products may affect. Further, Straightline Performance is not responsible for damages of any nature relating to parts incorrectly installed, or not properly tuned, when used in conjunction with consumer or another company's modifications, not additional wear of stock components and parts Straightline Performance products may affect.
